ResourCity: Educational game for sciences
The game is based on the very popular Pokémon Go . The app shows you in augmented reality where chemical elements are hidden in your area. Once you have captured an element, you will receive an original did you know about this chemical element and you will find out where it is present in the nearby environment.
In this way, the student gains an insight into which materials occur in an urban context, what the chemical composition of these materials is and sometimes also which special (historical) story is linked to them.
