Gadwin PrintScreen is a program that allows you to take screenshots.

At properties you can fully customize the program to your liking. You can select the source of each screenshot (e.g. full screen or just part of it). You can choose in which format (BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF or Targa) and where the images should be saved.
