Induction of beginning teachers in Flanders: Recommendations
This is a series of recommendations to maximise the impact of the results of the project Implementing an effective induction system for novice teachers in Flanders, which ran from 2020 to 2023. The recommendations are intended to stimulate reflection on induction as part of a continuum of professional learning and to strengthen the existing ecosystem of schools, pedagogical guidance services and initial teacher education institutions.
