Ten basic lessons in physical education in the gaming room

In this bundle you will find ten basic lessons about exercise education in the playroom. The bobble track is discussed in every lesson.

This collection includes two inspiring videos. In it, Elly van Hyfte and Sien Vercruysse, professors at HoGent , clarify their vision on contemporary physical education: a bobble track in every lesson .

This method is tailored to the individual educational needs of the students. Important principles are central to this that are in line with the latest theories about motor learning: error-free learning, learning with external focus and differential learning. After all, this produces the greatest motor learning effect.

In concrete terms, this means that the gym is divided into 3 zones, in which 3 different learning lines are offered per lesson, with attention to movement at different levels. The bobble course, a soft obstacle course, takes a prominent place as it is set up within a different learning line every lesson.

Be inspired by these two videos, the detailed lessons and some nice tips.
