For whom is Ben Correct suitable?
Ben Correct is suitable for students and teachers who strive for a pleasant atmosphere at school. The posters and lessons are written for pupils aged eight to twelve, but it is of course advisable to be involved in a good atmosphere at school. This is possible with the school year character Ben Correct , but for the use of the lesson and copy folder a reasonable basic reading level is required. Ben Correct can be used in addition to other methods at school, or can be used as a method for social skills.

Thinking ... sharing ... doing!
The teaching method 'thinking - sharing - doing' is central to the lesson series. This is a derived form of the more familiar method of 'thinking - sharing - exchanging'. During the Ben Correct themes, students also exchange experiences and good examples, but there is always a (creative) processing activity, such as a copy sheet, a craft assignment or a role play.

Actuality
In some subjects, something starts to play when the subject is hot, when there is a relationship with what happened in class or was seen on the news. Then you can talk about it effortlessly. The lesson folder is structured per theme, and can therefore be consulted when a subject plays and matters.

Working thematically
By building up in themes and not in school years, the subject matter can be discussed at any suitable time. Thanks to this structure, it is also possible to work well with combination groups. On a sign-off list at the back of the folder you can keep track of what has already been offered.
