Behind the Wall: Education package on poverty and social exclusion

Six children from the fictional neighborhood of Bloemendal go on an investigation together with the students in your class and make the opportunities in the neighborhood visible.

Together with your students...

• you discover what poverty means;
• you get tools to look at people living in poverty from a different perspective;
• see what actions you can take to ensure that people have more opportunities.

The teaching package includes:

• a manual for the teacher,
• a research book for students,
• a media package (for rent).
