Future Teacher 3.0: Digital storytelling


Digital storytelling is the term used when people use digital tools to tell their story.

They now do this in full via the internet and video has added a completely new dimension to it. Brands and organizations must also acquire a digital identity via social media, which must have interfaces with the physical identity.
If all goes well, they are virtually indistinguishable.

In the digital world, that classic division of roles between sender and listener and that non-verbal interaction has completely disappeared. On social media, you are a transmitter and a listener at the same time. You get small fragments of information everywhere, which do not form a whole.
