Prehistory and the Gallo-Romans: Guided tour

During the tour, replicas of archaeological objects and hands-on elements are used. The pupils can test a flint hand axe, discover the mechanics of a Roman lock and discover the archaeological and historical value of a water or waste well.

In this way, the prehistory, the Gallo-Roman and the early medieval period become just a little more tangible.

If you want to organize your trip around only one period or if you prefer a tour that lasts only an hour, you can opt for a combination with a visit to the depot and the restoration room, a visit to the most recent archaeological site or a walk through Velzeke, where numerous excavations took place in the past.

A visit to the Roman garden can also be a continuation of the tour.

When a temporary exhibition is running, it can also be included in this formula.
