Our children grow up in a busy world with many different stimuli. With a Children Yoga workshop, we can offer them a moment of rest. A moment where children have time to process all impressions. Where they can be themselves without pressure to perform.

Children's yoga is a playful form of yoga for children. During the workshop, the age and experience of the children is taken into account. We do yoga postures such as the cat, the monkey and the tree. We learn how our breath works and see if we can sit still.
