Escape game about autism

Step into René's studio and experience first-hand what it can mean for students with autism to understand and experience the world in a different way. Will you, as a team, succeed in restoring René's artwork? Play the game and share your experiences with each other during the debriefing.

In the escape game René's studio you are immersed in a number of challenges that students with autism experience every day: having to combine different information flows, thinking literally or figuratively, different stimulus processing, estimating social rules, recognizing emotions, perception of time, etc.

You don't need any prior knowledge to play the game. After the game you discuss the experiences you have gained. These are linked to what people with autism experience on a daily basis. This way you learn about autism in a playful way. 'René's studio' is therefore not a theoretical training. It is a game in which perception and experience are central.
