Who will guide you in this process?
Pieter Sprangers (PhD) lives in parallel worlds. He works as a
teacher and scientific researcher at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool,
AP Hogeschool, University of Antwerp and IADE creative university.
He obtained a PhD in scientific educational design. His scientific
research focuses on redesign of educational systems. Pieter also
works as head educational designer and process supervisor at domo
de refontiro. He has been guiding schools in Flanders and the
Netherlands for more than fifteen years with regard to complex
transformations. In the past, he also helped shape a fully-fledged
personnel policy in the organizations where he took on management
positions. Pieter has demonstrable expertise in guiding school
administrators and school boards with complex challenges.
