Timoe by Paul Kustermans: Explanation video

In this video, excerpts from the book of Timothy and primary sources are used to visualize the Egyptians' view of life after death. This excerpt is used purely for educational purposes. While reading an excerpt from the book, a number of questions are put forward:

  • Do you have the same attitude towards death as the ancient Egyptians?
  • Why was it important to Ani that his good deeds were highlighted?

Timoe remembers nothing at all when he regains consciousness with a splitting headache and a big bump on his head. He doesn't even know his name. Together with his friend Kafran he travels through Egypt and little by little, his memory returns. It gets really exciting when he turns out to remember Pharaoh Akhnaton and Nefertete.
