Living in a steppe climate: Audiovisual teaching materials
In this collection you will find image and sound fragments about steppes, together with more context and concrete teaching tips. In a steppe climate there is little precipitation. This means you only see low vegetation and it is difficult to do agriculture. Mostly nomads live in these areas. In Mongolia they travel through this landscape with their ger or yurt. They live on the meat and milk of their animals.
