Bridging Apps: Advanced search across hundreds of apps

Bridging Apps is a community of teachers, parents, therapists and doctors who share information online about the use of mobile devices and apps for people with disabilities. On the website you can find a lot of information about the use of the iPad and Android tablet for children with disabilities.

Bridging Apps distinguishes itself from other websites because of the deep integration of the Android Market and the Appstore that you can even set locally per country. By changing the default American local setting to the Belgian one, you only see the apps that are available in our country.

In addition to using keywords, you can also filter by extensive criteria such as motor skills, learning objectives, cognitive age, technical matters, etc.

In the search results, it is indicated per criterion to what extent it is met. This is especially useful if you search on multiple criteria. An app is displayed in full and consists of a combination of the information from the Appstore/Market and criteria specified by specialists. Many Apps also contain a more extensive review and in some cases user videos.
